Greetings To You From The Island,

 

We're writing this letter to all of you with mixed feelings...
Jean Tolles, our out-going Director of Nursing Services has elected to retire.

 

In Jean’s place we welcome Jane Rogers as our new Director of Nursing Services.

 

Jean obtained her RN degree in 1990, and expanded her career working in many aspects of the Long Term Care environment.  In 2006, Jean became our Director of Nursing Services, bringing with her a tremendous overview of the industry.  Although she is retiring, Jean will continue to be available for consulting.

 

Jane brings to Island Terrace over two decades of development experience, and nearly one decade of experience as Director of Nursing Services at various facilities.  Jane's skills are found in organization, implementation, and compliance.  These are crucial skills required to deliver Island Terrace’s high-quality services as funded by Federal and State mandates.  Jane's background covers regional corporate as well as local private institutions, with many years experience in the development of new programs and services within constrained budgets.

 

Jane will be available at extension 222, and Jane's assistant Nicki Howell will be available at extension 506.
